Me with designer extrodinaire, Kalid AlhajriDubai Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2010 session started yesterday on the 25th of October, 2009. Before the show began, I had the privilege to spend some time with the designers and interview them. Emerging talent designer, Kalid Alhajri, of Studio Kalid, was one of the first designers I interviewed during the fittings. He is a talented designer from Saudi Arabia, and is now based in Bahrain. During the interview, Kalid talks about his clothing lines, his inspiration, and his design philosophy. It was a special pleasure to interview him, and I hope you will enjoy it too! Oh...and sorry for all the background noise .;-)
